Danso Ebrima
Chairperson
Danso Ebrima, President of Bright Future Gambia, is a dedicated leader deeply committed to social and human development. With extensive experience in supporting and protecting vulnerable individuals, he has devoted his career to promoting solidarity, dignity, and hope within communities. His background reflects a strong sense of service, compassion, and leadership centered on people and social justice. As President, he embodies the vision of Bright Future Gambia: building a brighter future based on mutual support, education, and health for all.

Salimatou Manneh
Secretary
Salimatou Manneh serves as the Secretary of Bright Future Gambia. With a background in International Relations and Information Technology, she efficiently manages the administrative and organizational duties of the NGO. Her professionalism, dedication, and strong sense of community make her an essential member of the team. Passionate about education, health, and social progress, she plays an active role in advancing Bright Future Gambia’s mission toward a better and brighter future for The Gambia.

Mbemba Jawara
Treasurer
Mbemba Jawara serves as the Treasurer of Bright Future Gambia. A devoted humanitarian, he brings strong financial expertise and a deep understanding of the different regions of The Gambia to the organization. With 17 years of experience at NTC as a Cashier and Paymaster, followed by 18 years at Social Security as a Paymaster and Procurement Officer, he has developed extensive experience in financial management and public service. Currently serving as the National School Management Committee (SMC) Chairman, he embodies leadership, integrity, and community commitment. Through his professionalism and dedication to social service, he helps strengthen the foundation and sustainability of Bright Future Gambia’s mission across the country.

Lamin Ceesay
Advisor
Lamin Ceesay An experienced professional with a strong background in Facilities Management, Security Services, and Health & Safety. Skilled in all aspects of administration and operational coordination, with a proven ability to manage teams, ensure compliance, and maintain high service standards. Recently completed a BA (Hons) in Global Business Management at the University of Suffolk, UK, strengthening his strategic and international business expertise. Lamin combines hands-on leadership with a commitment to efficiency, safety, and organizational excellence.

Ebrima Kalilou Jabang
PR - Communications
Ebrima Kalilou Jabang Communication President of Bright Future Gambia, is a passionate advocate for social development and youth empowerment. With strong experience in project management and strategic communication, he works to promote the organization’s mission through innovative actions, clear messaging, and lasting partnerships. Visionary and dedicated, he embodies the values of transparency, solidarity, and excellence that make Bright Future Gambia a leading voice for progress in The Gambia.

Mariama Sowe
Vice PR - Communications
Mariama Sowe serves as the Deputy Communication Officer of Bright Future Gambia. Passionate about media, culture, and social action, she brings her background in mass communication to enhance the visibility and outreach of the organization’s activities. With several years of experience in the artistic and media fields, she combines creativity, professionalism, and a strong sense of messaging to strengthen the connection between the NGO and the public. Dedicated and dynamic, she plays an active role in promoting Bright Future Gambia’s initiatives for social and community development.

Daouda DIEYE
Communication Advisor
A passionate professional in communication and local development, Daouda Dieye brings his expertise to strengthen the visibility and social impact of Bright Future Gambia. With several years of experience in awareness campaigns, public relations, and community-based communication, he plays a key role in promoting the organization’s initiatives across the country.
Recognized for his excellent coordination skills and ability to connect with people, Daouda is committed to building strong bridges between teams, partners, and communities. His vision is clear — to make communication a powerful tool for positive and sustainable social change in The Gambia.

Jankey Bayo
Auditor
A dedicated and experienced professional in credit management and financial administration, Jankey Bayo serves as a Credit Administration Officer at Guaranty Trust Bank (Gambia) Ltd.
A graduate of the University of The Gambia, she has solid experience in overseeing banking operations, conducting financial risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures.
Her career reflects a strong commitment to performance, precision, and professional ethics.
Through her mastery of credit administration processes, Jankey actively contributes to the reliability and transparency of the bank’s financial operations.
Guided by values of responsibility, teamwork, and excellence, she applies her expertise to initiatives that promote trust, stability, and sustainable economic development in The Gambia.

Musa Janneh
Youth Advisor
Musa Janneh serves as the Advisor of Bright Future Gambia. Deeply connected to the youth and highly skilled in community mobilization, he plays a key role in strengthening the bond between the organization and young people. With his strong communication skills, natural leadership, and ability to bring people together around shared values, he inspires trust and active participation. His dedication helps make Bright Future Gambia an inclusive and dynamic organization driven by youth engagement and collective progress.

Cherno B Drammeh
Head of logistics
Cherno B. Drammeh is a dedicated professional with over 22 years of work experience. He currently serves as Head of Logistics at Bright Futures Gambia, where he actively contributes to the smooth running of the organization’s activities. In addition, he works at Trust Bank Gambia, bringing a structured, disciplined, and results-oriented approach to his responsibilities. Known for his reliability, strong organizational skills, and commitment, Cherno plays an important role in supporting operations and contributing to the organization’s initiatives.His professional background and work ethic make him a valuable member of the Bright Futures Gambia team.
